I have not been following any diet and have been eating lots of sugary things due to company, holidays, etc. I have been exercising but that is not helping due to my intake. I feel like I don't even want to go to a Christmas party this year because I have had absolutely no willpower whatsoever lately. Well, I just had my 49th birthday so I year to go before the big 50. My goal is to have 20 lbs. off before we go on a cruise in August and most definitely before my 50th birthday! Praying for a better December!
