OK, so putting my thoughts about the plateau in my journal must have helped because I broke it this morning, by almost 2 lbs no less. YAY!!!!! :P It feels great, especially because I'm having horrible allergies and feel like crap and the only thing that sounded good for dinner last night was pizza and I RESISTED and ate something healthy that I didn't want instead. It sucked, but breaking my plateau today is my reward and it was well worth it. Now I just need to get on the exercise train!!! Thanks everyone for your support!
