When I think back to when I started using Fat Secret and how I was over 200lbs and I think of now being around 140lbs despite a thyroid problem and the medication that can sometimes make you gain weight, I am so grateful to have found this app. It has helped me so much and continues to help me as I try my best to maintain my weight. Thank you fat secret and thank you to all you supportive people out there who are on this journey too. I appreciate you and your support!
