Hi guys. So my goal weight is 140 and Im currently at 152.5. Ive been doing good until yesterday I put on a pound. I know its not alot but i still feel bad about it because ive been losing alot it seems like. So it hurts to suddenly be going up. Im young and no ine ever taught me how to cook or eat healthy so im learning it all now alone. Its so hard.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey there! Welcome to fatsecret and I hope you'll stay here for a while. Weight naturally fluctuates between (at most) 7 pounds for women due to cycles and water, and I'm pretty sure men's weight changes from water. I'm sure you're doing well. Plus, it's almost impossible to gain a pound of fat in a day. If you're having trouble learning how to eat, food styles like using My Plate, Mediterranean or D.A.S.H. diet styles are sustainable and health promoting and there's sources online about how to cook in these ways. SilliMax thank you girl! Yeah i hateeee cooking. But ive actually come to like it more. Once i got the hang of it. Im not eating the PERFECT amounts of things like fat, proteins, and carbs but i feel like im doing as good as i can for now.
