I actually weighed in at a staggering 221 pounds when I first started this diet so I acctually lost 4 pound the first week--not water weight but reall weight I believe...only weighing in once a week-
215.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
