Still running 3-4 times a week. 2.5 miles or more each time. I haven't been as strict with my diet but I will start again today. Time to get this remaining 36 lbs off forever.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
