I don't get it. Maybe too much sugar substitute with the Diet Coke? Just need to maintain until I can get back on the thyroid meds. Using the caffeine from the DC to get through but might have to switch to coffee for the caff instead of DC to get away from the aspartame. Had closer to goal for veggie and total net carbs yesterday so maybe that's too many for me without the thyroid under control? I don't know. Just working it. More later.
