Got out of the house today. First time since Friday and it has made a world of difference. I was totally suffering from cabin fever and it was BAD! Thank God for fresh air and sturdy shovels. We are free and I'm gonna make it!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
