I'm sorry your scale is being such a pig. I just took a look at your diet calendar and if you are entering everything you eat, I am sure others would agree - you probably aren't eating enough. Everyone doing Atkins here encourages me to eat more and I eat about 1200 to 1500 per day (closer to 1200 to be honest). It could be too that 175 lb is where your body needs to be - one of my good buddies was stalled at the same weight for aboug 3 months. I don't know how she stood it. Apparently your body goes into survival mode if you eat less than 1,000 calories a day. Congrats on what you have lost so far.
