Hanging here. still not bad! Now i'm going to kick up my workouts a little. I'll do 3 days of running instead of MAYBE 2. :-)
261.2 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
