Ok, I need to get my focus back. I'm a lil frustrated at the weight gain (I was doing really well!), but if I focus again, I'll lose this minor set back and keep going. No more soda, and if I'm eating out, get the healthier options (i.e. - if my only healthy option is a garden/side salad, choose it). Also need to get back into working out more regularly - but I got the boyfriend to walk with me this weekend, so that's a win.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
