In March I started taking food to work in quart containers. Halfway through the month I switched to four one-cup containers.
In the past when I entered ketoses it would kill my appetite. That took much longer this time. Plus I started getting sour stomachs. So when I got them I set my food aside and continued eating it after my stomach settled down. This helped me slow down the rate of how quickly I was eating.
Soon I was being uneaten food back home with me. So then I started reducing the amount of food I was eating.
