I hate this yo-yoing. HATE IT! What's worse is that I did go bridesmaid dress shopping yesterday with 2 other bridesmaids and as the lady was asking sizes, 1 replied "4 or 6," 1 replied, "2 or 4," and I replied "12." However, all the 14s they brought me fit. I looked like crap next to the other 2. It was like pairing a linebacker with 2 ballerinas.

Must change this. However, no time to change. I will go back to working out in the morning, but the rest of my week looks like this:

Work everyday 7:45-3:37
Commute 2 hours every day
Monday night: teach 2 piano lessons and 1 flute lesson
Tuesday: teach 2 flute lessons (maybe 3)
Wednesday: church Choir rehearsal
Thursday: Possible recorder gig (it's so nerdy)
Friday: drive to chicago for a weekend graduate class.

Stress is to the max right now. Need to find more time for working out, since apparently eating right isn't working in my favor. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.7 lb a week

oh man, i have been in those shoes and its not fun!!!! BUT, stick with what you are doing, may be all muscle...........so don't get all mad at yourself...YOu are doing what you need to be doing, so, maybe a change by next week. Keep up the good job, really! ITS NOT A GAIN!!!! Best wishes your way!!!
