Oh no, WRONG DIRECTION FOR SCALE, can't do that! Gotta get this colon moving and water, water, water..... TODAY !!!!!

190.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
