Just a quick check-in...maintaining fine.....busy with contractors (good ones!) and playing in the pool!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bren, isn't it great when the weather cooperates with the outdoor work to be done? Better that than you stomping around in the snow!

Issy, so far, so good on the non-tracking...and, at least for now, it's a relief to not have to take the time to record in addition to all the other usual stuff of life. I have to remember that I did all of Induction (although not perfectly - LOL!) before I found this site. Have a great holiday weekend.
