Put on 3ish pounds due to eating rubish, I was aware of the rubish but felt I was been naughty . Well I can not dwell on it.
Ohh, well 14 day here I come x
I have just eaten brakefast bacon and 2 eggs
Lots of water
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
