I’ve been training for the Macmillan Mighty Hike in September so I’ve been doing Zumba for cardio, Peak Energy for cardio and strength, and Davina McCall for strength and going for walks when I can. I’ve gained weight but lost an inch around my stomach and half an inch around my posterior. I guess it’s a start!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
