Didn't do a whole lot yesterday. We stay around the house. Did a bit of housework. After I got dinner baking in the oven, me and the toddler went outside and I raked her up a pile of leaves to jump in and crunch with her feets. :) It was a fun way to spend the hour while the food cooked. Talked with one of my neighbors who saw us out playing. One of the neighborhood cats came to see what was up, and Jules tried to catch him. lol. Then we had Roast, potatoes, baby carrots and texas toast for dinner. ^.^ It was really good.

I have more housework to do today, my sister is coming up at some point too, and we'll be going to the park for a walk! I'm hopping to get at least 2 miles in, maybe 3.

I've started to notice a change in my biceps. The right is definately bigger than the left side, and there is more shape to it than just all the fat that I have there. And I can tell i've lost weight in my tummy area. I hoping I'll be able to see more of a change in my thighs and hips soon. :)

My outlook is still pretty good, though I do feel bad about not getting out and walking at the park yesterday, or getting one of the Cardio dvd's in. At least dancing on and off yesterday worked my thighs and hips enough that I still feel sore today. And I did get my salad in yesterday for lunch! lol Oh and we have to hit the store today, needing more salad stuff, and pork chops for tonight.
287.5 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
