I'm in a crazy amount of soreness, but I'm encouraged because I lost a pound overnight!! I'll take some ibuprofen and remember to stay encouraged!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
