Workouts 63/5/16 and 64/6/17 for 2020/May/pandemic on Saturday. I added another pad under the mat I've been using in the garage, for padding. Maybe it helped. Left hip probably less sore.
243.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.9 lb a week
