So I have started working out. On day two of trying to do at least 3x a week. I also have substituted my favorite food (potatos..) for cauliflower.... this seems to be working pretty good. Going to have my weekend brunch of eggs and cauliflower and rosemary, with avocado.. yeah cant wait.... lol
