Went off track. In the 2 weeks between my birthday and mother's day I totally fell off track and went a little crazy. starting again today with 80 day obsession and 1800 calorie diet. goal for the day is get my 10,000 steps in before the 2ns of my work day. 8,015 to go and I just got to work.
