I donated whole blood yesterday. Blood pressure reading was 90/60. Increased sat fat and cut out the full fat greek yogurt because of the sugar content since last weigh in. Now I use full fat cream with my a.m. serving of fruit, nuts and basil/ cinnamon/ cayenne. Replacing a.m. coffee with organic chicken broth was easier than I though and the boiled chicken makes great snacks. Adding the cinnamon/ cayenne/ turmeric daily helps keep the inflamation at bay.
