BBQ flat iron steak, pork, salad
Snacks:
Cheese and olives and ansjovis with mineral water
114.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 23.1 lb a week
