yesterday I ate a full 2000 calories. I haven't done more than 1700 since December. I had 4 lamb chops lol. I couldn't resist. I think I probably also had lamb last in December so I became a total grizzly bear 😂🐻 no guilt. it was delicious 🍖
167.1 lb Lost so far: 48.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
