I am vegan so I’m only really interested in this to calorie check my plan. I exercise a lot and I have multiple sclerosis so hopefully this will help me keep track.
143.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
