Well, considering how I've been eating and exercising lately, I'm doing ok. Went up to 158/160, but now down to 156. Joined the 25lbs by New Year challenge, hoping that'll motivate me into exercising more and eating better. Still doing very well all things considered.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
