I've been changing my breakfast habits. Instead of eating whatever or going through McDonalds on the way to work, my favorite breakfast is oatmeal with honey-flavored Greek yogurt. Try it!
I've also been to the gym 3 out of 5 days this week before going to work and I've found that I'm less sleepy driving my 55 minute commute.
