ARGH WHY !?!?! I feel so hopeless about this right now, and so bad about my body. How could I have gained back the 25 lbs I lost?! It's not fair..... I have been trying so hard, now I have runners' knee, and can't even exercise. It's actually feeling a tiny bit better today though.... siiiigh.... I just feel crappy. I keep doing so well during the day and then f-ing up at night.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
