Wow! Sudden 3 lb drop in last 4 days. Love it! Made it thru April not drinking. Now I’m letting myself have a couple twice a week. See how I do with this compromise.
111.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
