if I'm burning more calories than I am taking in, then why am I still gaining weight? I know I've gone over my allotted 1000. only 1000 because I have a low metabolism. I don't burn up calories quickly.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
