OK, i fell off the wagon and now I am getting back on. I have to get in the healthy frame of mind. I am sick of how I look and feel. It is time to beat this monkey off of my back.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
