I need to make my workouts a priority. I really can not stand the way I look. When things come up I always let my workout be the first thing I postpone!! It is a new week! My goal is to work out 6 times this week and complete my mini challanges!! Also to log my diet and exercise daily on this site...Lets do this!!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Choose exercise that you enjoy! I tried to workout for a long time with no success, because I didn't like what I was doing, but now (we're excluding this week since I was ill) I love to workout! Some days I don't want to do it, but I remind myself just to do it. If it's a video I push play even if I know it won't be my best effort, and if I don't feel like going to zumba, I get dressed, fill my water bottle and walk out the door anyway.... You can do this!!! And before long you are going to see results and you are going to look forward to doing it!!!
