어제 늦은저녁과 회냉면 한그릇 원샷
그래도 저녁에 60분 훌라후프 돌렸더니 찌지는 않았네 ㅠㅠ
훌라후프 적응되니까 복부가 1도 안아파..
이번달에 1키로 빼야라는데.....하.....
106.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
