I thought I was not able to get pass 213.5 and I actually went up in weight, but someone told me to take in a lot more calories than I am use to doing for a couple of days then workout and I was able to get pass 213.5. Yes I only lost 1 pound but I was able to get pass 213.5.. I am going to get to my goal and be fit for life.
