Slow and steady loss, which isn't bad considering last week I ate pizza, cheezy bread, kfc, cake, ice cream, and Wendy's! I haven't been keeping as close of an eye on my calorie intake, and although I have kept up my workouts theyre probably not as frequently as they should be. I'm going to give it some extra effort this week because I'm going to need a better loss to meet my monthly goal. Been at this since march sixth, at this point it's becoming habit. So proud of myself. Down twenty nine pounds total =)
257.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
