did a re-weigh just because. Proved to make quite a difference; nearly 2 lbs. Still, i'm not obsessing. then again, this does feel MUCH better!
262.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
