Don't worry about this challenge and don't be afraid to change. Keep reminding yourself that its just a natural process your body must go thru. The jiggers and heigtened sense are designed to convince you to put the Weight back on but don't be afraid to say no to those feelings.
322.7 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How far into Atkins are you?? I am starting again tomorrow... It worked for me, and it'll work for you! This too shall pass... Keep saying "NO" learn from my past failure.. Wish I would of just held on and let it pass, but I gave in and am packing the extra 60+ I gained..

Me too novbush16 ! I gained back the 80 I lost and ask myself WHY ??? What the heck.... Anyhow -- slowly and surely (just as before) I am on my way back down. This time for good. I've been on both sides of the road, and I enjoy being the healthier me much more. I am looking forward to my success, and even though it will take time -- it will be well worth it to wear those smaller clothes I was wearing when I had success last time. KEEP ON KEEPING ON !!! This is really truly a head trip ! ! ! Don't fall for the deception - keep going ! <3
