Went out for an Indian meal last night for Frances' birthday which may explain the gain. On a positive note someone remarked yesterday about how much weight I had lost!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
