Worked out this morning for 30 minutes and did 3 miles and burned 450 calories. Did the first mile in 00:09:45, did the second mile at 00:20:00 and did my last 00:28:10. That is the quickest that I've ever completed a mile and definitely the quickest I've ever done three miles. Two pats on my back today!
