I weighed myself this morning and I was 235! Hooray! My current lowest weight has been 236, so I'm happy about this. I was going to wait until Monday to record my weight, but I'm not following my diet so closely on weekends and I'm sure I'll go back up somewhat by then. I do want to keep track of my lows, though, so I know that I have been successful and it will give me motivation to keep working at it!
