It seems I'm a little stuck in a near-plateau (one lb in a whole month??). I guess losing very, very slowly yet steadily is ok. At least my clothes fit great now! I actually have to wear belts again. No more "muffin top ;-)And, only 3 more pounds to my goal weight--I'll take it!
