Still struggling on the weekends! Both Saturday and Sunday were failures... overeating and indulging in sweets. No sense in dwelling on it, getting ready for a new successful week. I'm still slowly taking the pounds off. Really, that's all that matters to me. If I could lose a half a pound a week, I'll still be making progress. Sometimes it's hard to remind myself that I'm not on some fad diet, I'm on a lifetime eating habit to be a smaller me.
