Back up to 209! I don't undestand why as I am not eating anything "BAD". Small salad at night and liquids for most of the day, and NO SODA POP! I am exercising on my stationary bike for 10-15 minutes a day (like my Primary Doctor recommended) but with no results! Might be my medicine, but I really don't get it! (SIGH)
205.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get discouraged. Any effort forward is not going backward. Are you sure you are eating enough? Your body may think it is starving and holding on to the weight as a defense. Just keep working at it and I hope your body adjusts. I don't think I could do the no soda thing. I have to have the carbination. I drink the diet. Kudos on that to you.

Hey there, why not keep a food log. Record what, when, and how much you are eating. Even the liquids. You ought to be consuming about 1200 calories a day. If not, as Citrue said, your body may be in starvation mode. Read the calorie information. Some of the stuff I was eating surprised me with how dense it was in calories. Anyway, food journal. It helps me when I get stuck.
