up 3 lbs. I'll have to do some reviewing to see why. there may be no reason at all. Fluctuation happens, and i'm still doing well. very well! let's see how next week goes.
263.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
