No change in my weight. I must honestly say this is probably due to the fact that I don't exercise anymore. I have completely stopped my exercise routines. Time just does not permit. What I am not doing is more walking during the day. I no longer drive to get my shakes, instead I walk. I also stand more. I have also stopped slouching in my chair while at the office I now sit on my "Gaiam Balance Ball" religiously No More Chairs. I must say doing this has transformed my core. I now have a lovely set of abs forming out, plus I have eliminated all belly fat. All that remains is lean muscle. So until I kick in the hardcore exercise routine again I guess I will be stuck at 127lbs unless I drop my caloric intake further which I won't be doing, as I don't want to be losing muscle. Being 5feet 7inches, 127lbs is perfect body weight I may just decide to maintain it afterall.
