I'm keeping ot to about 1900 calories fruits and veggies. It seems to be working. Now maybe I can start working out.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1214 kcal Fat: 62.33g | Prot: 37.80g | Carb: 127.47g.   Breakfast: spam, Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer, Coffee, Blueberry Almond Instant Oatmeal, Hard boiled eggs. Lunch: Cornbread (Dry Mix, Prepared), Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans, Fresh Pork Sausage. Snacks/Other: Variety Pack Crackers (Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter, Toasty Crackers with Peanut Butter, Cheese Crackers with Cheddar Cheese), Asian Pears, German Chocolate Cake with Icing and Filling. more...
