Back down the 3 pounds I was up... The scale is sooooo unpredictable! I think that is why it is SO IMPORTANT that we don't get hung up on the day to day numbers!

I find it more helpful to just weigh in once each week. That way, I can see the real direction of movement and don't get twisted by the slight up or down of water weight.
