Just got back from (4) weeks of non-stop travel. Feel bad I'm back up 10 lbs BUT feel pretty good after (2) weeks vacation in England. Now back to the grindstone of losing weight - feel slightly invigorated after seeing some college mates back home - theu reckon i can get back to my playing weight we'll see (thats 140lbs away.
329.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
