Started yesterday again, to try to eat healthy... Will see what happens this week. I walked yesterday too for 1/2. I hope today, we can go biking if the weather is not so hot...:) Will see, it is challenge doing at home.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
